November 2022, the LPG industry met in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, under the theme ‘Humanising Energy’.
This theme showcased the incredible success that India has had in increasing access to LPG through innovative programmes and initiatives.
Team Ventures was honoured to conceptualize, design and execute the India Pavilion at this prestigious event. Three giants BPCL, IOCL and HP came together to represent our Nation’s LPG industry.

SCO Film Festival is organized to create synergies in the film fraternity of SCO Countries through a collective cinematic experience. Under the presidency of India, for the first time the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Film Festival was held in the financial capital of our country – Mumbai. In addition to the film screenings, the festival also held masterclasses, in-conversation sessions, country and state pavilions, photo and poster exhibitions, handicrafts stalls, and many more other events.
Team Ventures worked closely with filmmakers, sponsors, and partners to create a dynamic and engaging festival experience. We ensured that all logistical arrangements, from film screenings to panel discussions, ran smoothly and efficiently.
One of the standout features of the festival was the cultural warmth, which included performances by renowned Indian stars like Ganesh Acharya, Dances of India Troop, Kailash Kher & Shreya Ghoshal along with Ustaad Taufiq Qureshi and Anirban Roy. This allowed for a truly immersive experience for the international audiences, allowing them to fully appreciate the Indian Charisma.
This case study highlights the successful launch of BeCafe, a revolutionary venture by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). BeCafe introduces a unique concept of incorporating cafes within petrol pumps, transforming the traditional refueling experience into a vibrant and engaging one.
By leveraging the expertise of Ventures Communications, BPCL aimed to create a compelling brand image for BeCafe and establish it as a distinct and appealing destination.We collaborated closely with BPCL to define BeCafe’s brand identity and building its unique value proposition.
We not just developed a captivating visual identity for Be Cafe but also devised an integrated marketing approach, utilizing traditional media channels, digital platforms, and targeted events to generate awareness and engage the target audience effectively.
This case study delves into a remarkable series of films that were created with the aim of promoting road safety. Starring renowned Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, these movies not only entertained audiences but also sought to raise awareness about the importance of responsible driving and reducing road accidents.The series comprised of 3 films, each tackling a different facets of road safety.With his witty persona blended with a touch of humor narrated the serious message seamlessly.
The main objective of the campaign was to spread awareness about Yoga and motivate people across the globe to come together for practicing Yoga from their homes on the 7th International Day of Yoga.

Social Media Management from 2019 till 2021
Western Railway is a part of Indian Railway and is truly a prestigious public sector account which is one of the busiest railway network in the world.
Many agencies were shortlisted for the digital empanelment of Western Railway and we successfully secured the account and still stand as Western Railways communications partner.
Prescription:
Our job was increasing the brand visibility on social media pages, while using the same social media accounts for acting as a redressal platform for commuters.
We also gave out informational content about newly – introduced trains or new systems introduced in the Railways using easy – going artworks dabbed with a tinge of creativity for the audience to perceive the message clearly.
This has resulted in building a positive brand connection with the target audience and an increased social media engagement for Western Railway.
Team Ventures likely followed a systematic process to create the annual reports of 5 prestigious companies. The report was designed, ensuring that it is visually appealing and easy to read. We also ensured that all graphs, tables, and charts are clearly presented and easy to understand. Right from organizing a photoshoot to customizing cover page designs, each element of these books were tailormade with eye for details. Before finalizing the report, a thorough review and proofreading was conducted to ensure that it is accurate, well-written, and free of errors.
In India, mothers are regarded as God, and every year we experience a flood of campaigns from various brands. The challenge was how to connect the significance of India Posts services with Mothers Day. A strategic approach was followed to create a Mother’s Day campaign for India Post. We encouraged our social media followers to write a letter to their Mothers and express their emotions.
